Is this real Bitcoin or a city token?
Each treasury is backed by real BTC and earns yield in real BTC. The city ticker tracks that city's share of the system. It isn't a separate speculative asset.
Who controls the treasury?
No single person. Treasuries are on-chain and follow rules set at launch, so they can't be reallocated like a city budget line.
My city isn't listed. What now?

Can families add more for their child?
Every newborn is seeded automatically. Each city decides whether families can add their own contributions. We're working that out with early partners.
